A Christian, coeducational private school, Lighthouse Christian College serves students in Kindergarten (3-year-old) through V.C.E. (Year 12).

The Lighthouse Christian Community Center established the College (an Assemblies of God church affiliated with the Australian Christian Churches). The educational curriculum at the college is available to families from a variety of ethnic origins and for the benefit of all denominations.
From its humble beginnings in 1989, the College has expanded to become a reputable and acknowledged educational institution. The 4.5 hectare Lighthouse Christian Community Centre land houses the Keysborough campus, which is slated to eventually house 925 students. In collaboration with nearby churches, the College also intends to open more campuses.
Lighthouse Christian College is a member of Christian Schools Australia (CSA), a network of Christian schools that spans all of Australia, and it is fully devoted to fostering the development of the entire Christian school movement. The College is a part of both the Association of Independent Schools of Victoria and the Australian Association of Christian Schools (AACS) (ISV).

Their educational program complies with the requirements of the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority, and upon graduation, pupils are eligible to apply to universities in Victoria using the Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) system. The guidelines for the national curriculum are reflected in their lessons.
