Since their opening in 1995, both Michael’s stores have played a crucial role in the neighborhood. The Fairleys banner brand was kept when the Lorenz family bought the Fairleys SUPA IGA store in Shepparton in 2012 from some longtime friends. The IGA store in Eaglehawk was bought by the Lorenz family in 2015, and they made the decision to rename it Fairleys as well.
